Welcome to Beetles Class
Our class teacher is Mrs Shields and the learning support assistants are Mrs Crouch, Miss Wansbrough and Mrs Budworth.
Important information: Our PE day is on a Wednesday and children are expected to attend school in a PE kit that is appropriate for the weather.

How do our beliefs drive our actions?
This term, our project question is 'How do our beliefs drive our actions?'. Throughout the topic we will be considering this over aching question while learning about ancient civilizations including the ancient Egyptians and the ancient Greeks. At the end of term, the final outcome of this project will be our 'Belief through Art’ exhibition in St Mary’s Church Fordingbridge.
Each term, we share a whole class reading novel together. Across this term, children will be reading ‘The Adventures of Odysseus’ and ‘The Breadwinner’.
Children also have access to our library to choose books that they can read for pleasure both at home and in school.
